Optimizing test and research on slime flotation process in Qipanjing coal preparation plant

In order to improve the coal slime flotation effect of Qipanjing coal preparation plant,under the condition of laboratory,conducted the sizing flotation,secondary flotation and sizing flotation + secondary flotation to explore the best flotation process,and also researched the best dosage and reaction time of poly propylene amide. The test results showed that the sizing flotation has little effect on improving the effect of slime flotation; the secondary flotation can effectively improve the slime flotation effect to a certain extent,especially coal selection can effectively reduce the ash content of clean coal; within reasonable dosage and reaction time,poly propylene amide can improve the effect of slime flotation.
