Research on influence of kaolinite on coal slime pressure filtration result and process selection

Prepared the coal slurry with kaolinite and clean coal in different proportion,conducted the filtration tests on the coal slurry containing different content of kaolinite,and preferred the coal slime filtration processes which filtering slime containing different proportion of kaolinite. The test results show that the content quantity of kaolinite has a significant effect on equipment processing capacity and water content of filter cake,so in production,to determine the rational filtration process,should prior analysis the content of kaolinite in coal slime.
