Application of GDZS40100/5 multi-unit combined vibrating screen at Panyidong coal preparation plant

Introduced the structure,working principle and technical features of GDZS40100/5 multi-unit combined vibrating screen,investigated screening effect of the GDZS40100/5 multi-unit combined vibrating screen for screening raw coal（ ≤ 50 mm） in the Panyidong coal preparation plant. The results showed that the screening efficiency reached to 81. 69%,average possible error was 3. 3%,and the total misplaced material content was 7. 82%,this results compared with the three kinds of screening equipment common used in screening the coal（ ≤50 mm）,the each working index all showed better.
