Application of DM600/2500 effective energy-saving quick filter press in Xiaokang Colliery coal preparation plant

Briefly introduced the application background of DM600/2500 effective energy-saving quick filter press,the structure,working principle and technical features of the filter press were described in detail. The application of the filter press in Xiaokang colliery coal preparation plant shows that,compared with the original KM350/2000 quick open diaphragm filter press,the cycling time reduced form 65 minutes to 45 minutes; the treating capacity up to 32 t/ h,which is 2~4 times of the KM350/2000 filter press; the water content of filter cake is 22%~27%,it reduced by 2 percent. Meanwhile,this filter press realized the automatic cleaning of the plate and cloth,separately discharge and recycling of clear filtrate and turbidity filtrate,and remarkably reduced consumption of material and spare parts,that only the 50%~70% of the original,obtained significant economic benefits.
