Technology renovation of removing less than 3 mm particles from small coal washing system by dry screening in Sihe Colliery coal preparation plant

To solve the problem of high content of slime in wet desliming process in original small coal washing system in Sihe Colliery coal preparation plant,learn from the successful experience of reforming of flip-flow screen in raw coal sizing system,conducted the renovation of removing the less than 3 mm particles by dry screening with the UFDB30100 linear vibrating banana screen,it increased the yield of small coal product,significantly reduced the slime content of small coal washing system,achieved remarkably economic benefits.
