The modal analysis and improvement of ZKS3661 large-scale banana screen

Take ZKS3661 large-scale banana screen as the research object,established the finite element model of the screen box,using the finite element analysis software conducted modal analysis on the screen,the calculated the first 9 orders natural frequency and modal vibration mode,and found that its working frequency is far from its natural frequency. When the diameter of lower beam of screen reformed from 325 mm to 350 mm,the beam under the maximum stress has certain decreased. Once again,the modal analysis conducted on the improved banana screen,and found there was no significant alteration of the natural frequency.
