The application and research of accumulator in high efficiency and energy-saving moving sieve Jig

To solve the problems of speed of quick return mechanism moved so fast in its movement causing impact to tank,overload too violent caused by current changes,the accumulator is installed on the quick return mechanism. The quick return mechanism storage energy when the screen plate decreasing and the energy released while the screen plate rising,which increased the stability of operation and the plate driving energy is saved. This new type moving sieve jig has been successfully used in Jinwantong coal preparation plant,and achieved the target of energy-saving and improve the stability of the system.
