Application of “2 + 2”coal slurry trealment process technology in Huaibei coal preparation plant

To solve the problems of high content of lime and seriously sliming of refuse in south part of Huaibei coal preparation plant,based on the analysis and checking of processing efficiency of original coal slurry system,and conducted the reformation on that system utilizing the"2 + 2"coal slurry process technology（ That is the clean coal secondary flotation,two stage dewatering,tailings secondary thickening and two stage dewatering）,and analyzed the economic and social benefits of the new coal slurry process system. The "2 + 2"coal slurry process system has the features of low energy consumption,easy processing fine slime,and meet the requirement of energy-saving and emission reduction of enterprise.
