Application of spiral sizing screen in Jiulishan coal preparation plant of Jiaozuo Group

To solve the problems of body heavy,high energy consumption,high level of noise,and sieve pore easy to plug existed in circular vibrating screen,based on the investigation and analysis,the reformation was conducted on the original process using the SL-U13 /2-A spiral sizing screen. Practical results show that the spiral sizing screen has good screening performance and operated stable（ sometimes even continuous run for 20 hours）,which avoid affecting production caused by the failures of screening equipment.
