The practice of reducing dense medium consumption at Babao industrial park coal preparation plant

To solve the problem of higher dense medium consumption at Babao industrial park coal separation plant,analyzed the loss produced in technology and management,then taken a series measures of technical renovation and management improrement. Through transformation of middling media recovery system and magnetic separator discharge mode as well as strengthen management efforts of magnetite powder and other measures,so that the medium consumption decreased by 0. 3 kg/t,that significantly increased economic efficiency.
