Reformation practice of blower of jig machine in Fucun coal company preparation plant

To solve the problems of starting and running current is too big and easy to burned of blower motor of jig machine in Fucun coal preparation plant,analyzed the reasons of above problem,conducted the reformation on the electric control system,gearing,running parts of the blower. The application result show that the technical reformation effectively reduced the starting and running current and the temperature of the bearings of the motor,increased the air supply volume of the jig machine,meet the requirement of production.
