Research and application of optimizing of flotation process flowsheet in Xiangshan coal preparation plant

To solve the problems of low working efficiency and processing capacity of hyperbaric filter in Xiangshan coal preparation plant of Hancheng Mining Co Ltd,added the clean coal thickening tank,quick-open clean coal filter press,electric damper and water spraying device into the original flotation system to optimize the flotation process,meanwhile,strengthen the technical training of workers. After the optimizing of flotation system,the washing efficiency and clean coal yield both increased,and ensured the stability of the production system and quality of coking coal.
