Design and simulation research of vertical shaft impact crusher based on NX

This paper introduced the structure and main parameters of vertical shaft impact crusher. An advantage of NX system in the crusher design is analyzed. With NX system engineering approach,3D design of the crusher is conducted and the motion simulation and finite element analysis is also carried out.The results showed that,NX system can improve the design quality and efficiency,reduce the design defects and shortens the design cycle.
