Experimental study on deashing of coal by flotation

In order to explore the effects of flotation regents on flotation result of the coal from Pan county of Guizhou province,based on the industrial analysis and density analysis,the flotation test was done on the coal sample which the content of less than 0. 075 mm particle is 80%,to study the effect of frother agent,collector and depressing agent on the flotation result. The test results show that ash content 4. 12%and concentrate yield being 69. 62% of clean coal can be obtained by adding pine camphor oil 100 g/t as frother,diesel oil 500 g/t as collector and the amount of combined depressant X is 1 500 g/t.
