Study and application of more crushing and less grinding in preparing of coal water mixture

The paper analyzed the energy consumption in process of preparing high concentration coal water mixture,based on the consideration of energy saving of grinding,described the theory basis and theoretical arithmetic of more crushing and less grinding process,also test and verified the feasibility of applying this process in preparing of coal water mixture. The test result shows that the more crushing and less grinding process can save energy in preparing process,and beneficial to produce high quality ore pulp.
