Reducing medium consumption by upgrading and reformation in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant

Systematically analyzed the reason of high medium consumption in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant before the upgrading and reformation,through prefect the separation flowsheet,reducing the chance of qualified medium go into dilution section of medium draining screen,improving the medium distribution process in lump coal separation system,optimizing the medium cleaning and recovery system,enhance the control,which measures effectively reduced the medium consumption.During the Jan.-July 2013,the monthly average medium consumption is 0.78 kg/t,so that lower the production cost.
