Research and application of the mine and coal preparation plant separately management

Briefly introduced the good result of conduct the colliery and coal preparation plant separated management in Yongcheng coal ＆ electric group,and based on the investigation on the situations of coal washing and processing in Jiaozuo coal mining group and Hebi coal mining group,detailed analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several managing modes,presented the necessary works should done in widely promoting the colliery and coal preparation separated management.The application result shows that the mode of colliery and coal preparation plant separated management obtained good economic benefit,achieved the expected effect,and provided the better reference for reform of management of mine coal preparation plant.
