Experiences of reducing medium consumption in Antaibao coal preparation plant

To resolve the problem high medium consumption in Antaibao coal preparation plant,measures such as improve the sizing screen and fixed screen,adjust spray angle and height of medium draining screen,adjust seam of vibrating screen,improve the magnetic separator are taken,which effectively reduced medium consumption.The medium consumption reduced from original 1.57 kg / t to current 1.30 kg / t,lower the production cost and increased the economic befefit.
