Technical practice of pre-desliming separation process in Renjiazhuang coal preparation plant

To address the problems of high content of slime,high consumption of medium,and product quality instability,Renjiazhuang coal preparation plant through the technological reformation,using the combined separation process of raw coal pre-desliming + gravity fed three product dense medium cyclone + teeter bed separator,which effectively solved the problems existed in production,obtained better social and economic benefits.
