Technical renovation of scraper conveyor in Jining No.3 colliery coal preparation plant

In order to solve the problems of wearing generated between the scraper conveyor and surface of the slide way,as well as detected the faults in a timely manner when the conveyor is running,based on the fact of production,making stagger position transform for slide way of the scraper conveyor and using the split type design and diagonal protection design.After the technical renovation and perfect,the running of the scraper conveyor is stable and significantly lowers the failure rate.
