    Optimization coarse slime separation system for in Xinzheng clean coal company coal preparation plant

    • Analyzed the problem of coarse coal slime separation effect was not satisfactory by teeter bed separator in Xinzheng clean coal company coal preparation plant,taken corresponding optimization countermeasures.Production practice shows that after optimization of coarse coal slime separation system the separation effect of teeter bed separator significantly improved.The content of <0.25 mm size fraction coarse coal slime in the feed was decreased by 35.99%,ash content of the clean coal was decreased by 4.78%,and the ash content of the underflow was increased by 6.53%.
