Research and application of technique of preventing damage of first deck of LIWELL flip-flow screen

To solve the problem of the short service life and maintenance cycle of deck of LIWELL flip-flow screen used in Yima gasification plant of Henan Coal Chemical Co Ltd,the reforming scheme presented on the basis of analyzing and trying to identify the cause of problem.The reformation result show that the measures of widening the flow dividing plate and making the first deck surface covered with buffering rubber ensured the screen operated effectively,safely,economically and stable,also reduce the maintenance workload of screen.
