    Optimization and application research on reagent regime of coal slurry system in Buertai coal preparation plant

    • To solve the problem of bad treating effect of coal slurry in Buertai coal preparation plant,the reagent type,dosing position and adding method were optimized on the basis of analyzing the property of the coal slurry,and conducted the industrial test on that optimized system using the agent developed by the Taiyuan University of Technology.The results show that the overflow turbidity of the thickener decreased from >500 NTU to <100 NTU,the consumption of flocculant reduced nearly by 50%,and the coagulant dosage decreased by 33.33%,and after the optimtzation of reagent regime,it is effectively improved the treatment effect of slurry,ensured the normal production and saving huge production cost.
