Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low processing capacity,high noise level and high energy consumption of the horizontal vibrating centrifuge.Based on theoretical arithmetic,finite element modeling and reduced parameter,established three-dimensional model of double-mass horizontal vibrating centrifuge,and on which carried out modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.The results show that when the excited frequency in the range of 25~27 Hz,the centrifuge worded best;when excited frequency= 26 Hz,the amplitudes of primary mass and second mass are all closed to the ideal state and with the best vibration frequency;when spring stiffness design reference ρ≥5 the centrifuge worked stable.
