    The design and implementation of automatic control system of flotation column froth layer thickness

    • To solve the problems of FCMC cyclone-micro froth flotation column liquid level fluctuations,low control accuracy,not timely adjustment existed in Xingtai coal preparation plant,designed the automatic control system of froth layer thickness.The host computer of the system selected Advantech IPC,touch screen selected Siemens SMART1000,controller for Siemens S7-200PLC,sensor for ultrasonic level meter,the actuator is an electric hydraulic push rod.Through reasonable design,flotation column froth layer thickness realized closed-loop control,thus improved the stability of flotation column liquid level,ensured product quality and quantity index.
