Scheme optimization of raw coal separation process in Yaoqiao coal preparation plant

The raw coal separation process original used in Yaoqiao coal preparation is that the 50-8mm size fraction washed by three product dense medium cyclone and the coal slurry directly recovered,which separation process not only bring a series of problems in the plant such as in the production,product storing,loading and transporting system,but also influenced the production and product quality in Datun coal preparation plant,because the feed coal washed in this plant is mainly taken from Yaoqiao coal preparation plant.To solve the problems,on the basis of practice,researched and designed the feed separated without sizing and added slim flotation process for Yaoqiao coal preparation plant.
