The practice of adjusting ＆ re-arranging for pipelines in Ruilong coal preparation plant

According to the problem existed in pipeline in production adjusting at Ruilong coal preparation plant,the water supply pipelines for medium draining screen,ground cleaning water and shaft sealing water were re-adjusted.After the re-adjusting and re-arranging of the pipeline and pipe network,the production system in that plant operated stably and reliably,and the clean coal yield increased by 6.06%,medium consumption and power consumption for ton coal washed decreased by 0.17 kg and 0.37 kW respectively,obtained good economic benefit.
