Research on establishing clean production scheme based on the material balance of coal preparation plant

In order to realize clean production in coal preparation plant,incease the economic benefit and envirement benefit,based on the research on Zhizhen coal preparation plant,the paper presents the idea of material balance and water balance,analyzed the shortages existed in the plant,and put forward the measures to solve the problems.The clean production scheme established,and with the implementation of the scheme,effictibily solved the problems in the clean production,obtained the better result of energy-saving and emission reduction in coal preparation plant.
