Practice of reducing power consumption in Tangshan colliery coal preparation plant

After the renovation of using dense medium separation process in Tangshan colliery coal preparation plant,the power consumption for ton raw coal separation always at high level,that brought plant a great pressure.To solve the problem,the plant takes the measures including properly increasing the process capacity,optimizing the operation model of coal slurry system and energy-saving equipment,which greatly reduced the eclectic power consumption for ton raw coal,obtained better economic and social benefits.
