Research on new cyclone for coal slime classification

Researched and designed a cyclone that with a volute separating chamber to increase the classification efficiency,and the 3D numerical simulation research was done on the inner flow field using computational fluid dynamics,analyzed the distribution law pressure field,velocity field and density field.The research result shows that this is a slime classification cyclone with features of high efficiency,high precision,high treating capacity and energy saving.The application in production obtained good result.
