Research on the HMDC high strength magnetic separator

Using computational electromagnetic and electromagnetic simulation technology,determined the parameters of high-strength magnetic pole group and parameters of auxiliary retorted magnetic pole group,and on which basis designed high-strength magnetic separator HMDC.The paper also described the working principle,technical features and actual application of the high-strength magnetic separator HMDC in heavy medium recovery system and purification system in coal preparation plant.The application practice indicates that high-strength magnetic separator HMDC has high magnetic material recovery level and wide application prospect.
