    Numerical simulation analysis of distribution characteristics of stress on the structure of large linear vibration screen

    • In order to discuss the distribution characteristics of stress on large-scale linear vibration screen,the paper reasonable simplified the structure and made numerical simulation analysis for vibrating screen.The analysis results showed that the maximum stress concentration in the vibrator of panel,supporting head,and the middle of feeding and discharging beam,but the value of stress is very small and far less than yield limit of steel;the maximum stress head focused primarily on the side panel and joint for supporting head,which provided the theoretical guidance for improving the structure vibrating screen in future.
