Research on coal preparation plant engineering construction project management based on FIDIC contractual framework

FIDIC contract is a world-recognized contract for engineering construction project management,its recently widely used in large size coal preparation plant construction in China.The paper analyzed the features of construction of coal preparation plant,and give out the countermeasures of how to use the FIDIC contract condition to realize the maximizing the benefit in coal preparation plant construction project.
