Study on product structure optimum decision system for coal preparation

This paper presented the function,total scheme design,major algorithm of "optimum decision system for coal preparation product structure" and its application in China National Coal Group Corp.This system consisted the date base,network and optimization system,combined the coal blending,product structure optimization and the economic benefit maximization,so it achieved the integration from raw coal blending to predict,optimization of various coal preparation flow-sheets.It is also achieved real time drawing of washability curve,partition curve and flow-sheet on the web page;automatically calculated and shows the results.This system is an effective tool for technology and management control.
