Analysis on coarse slime recovery in dense medium separation system in Datun coal mining area

This paper analyzed the condition of coarse coal slime recovery technology and dewatering equipment in dense medium separation process in Datun mining area,summarized the relationship between the low separation limit of three products dense medium cyclone and slime content feed raw coal,which resulted that for slime dense medium cyclone,the effectively separation size fraction range is 0.5～0.125 mm,and when selection the coarse clean coal recovery equipment,should be give priority considering the effect of desliming and dewatering.
