    Research on reagent optimizing in flotation of high ash content and difficult-to-float slime

    • Take the high ash content and difficult-to-float slime in Shuguang coal preparation as researching object,analyzed the effect of combination of different type and amount of frother and collector on slime flotation effect.The test results show that the reaction interaction existed between the collector and the frother,there is a big difference of flotation index showed under different combination of agent;under the condition of the clean coal ash content ≤11%,the performance of kerosene and 2-octanol combination,as well as SN98 and 2-octanol combination,are superior to kerosene and GF combination,the kerosene and 2-octanol combination is best,the ratio of the adding amount is the kerosene 300 g/t and the 2-octanol 45 g/t.For the agent consumption,under the similar flotation index the combination of the SN98 and 2-octanol is lowest,the SN98 is 120 g/t and 2-octanol is 45 g/t.
