Preliminary analysis on construction of coal preparation plant under EPC general contracting mode

The paper introduced the development status of coal preparation industry in China,analyzed and pointed out the superiority of EPC model in the construction of coal preparation plant.From the owners’ point,it analyzed and summarized the key of what should be noted in the process of construction of coal preparation plant,and it has certain reference significance for the construction of coal preparation plant and management of the process.
