Application of the car quick quantitative loading system in Huipodi coal preparation plant

To solve the problem existed in coal loading system in Huipodi coal preparation plant,replaced the primary manual loading system with the quick car quantitative loading system.The paper introduced the structure,working principle and technical parameters of the quantitative loading system.The production result shows that with use of car quick quantitative loading system,increased the loading efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers.
