Application of flotation agent emulsifier and process parameter automatic control system in Laoshidan coal preparation plant

According to the issues existed in flotation system in Laoshidan coal preparation plant,analyzed the current situation of flotation regime of agent,that plant utilized flotation agent emulsifier and process parameter automatic control system and reasonable agent adding method,as well as using multiple-adding agent points,which measures met the requirement of production process,reached the purposes of reducing agent consumption and increasing the yield of clean coal,obtained good economic and social benefits.
