According to the defects of longer adjusting cycle,high cost and bad operation reliability existed in slime drying system,the mathematical model established through template matching,and then utilizing the temperature inertia and delay of transport speed of equipment flow making expected deducing for operation parameters of drying system,and also making Equivalent clustering calculating for process parameters,and calculated result used to control related equipment,so that realizing the speed adjusting for operation condition of the system.This feed forward method provides the effectively solution for operation condition control of production system.
