Application of two section flotation and two stage dewatering of clean fine coal processes in Tianchen coal preparation plant

The paper detailed introduced the two section of flotation and two stage dewatering of clean fine coal processes and its features,also described the application effect of the processes.The production result shows that the two section of flotation and two stage dewatering of clean slime processes obtained better operation performance and with the features of high in clean coal recovery rate and low in ash content of tailings,maximally utilized the coal resource and achieved good economic benefit.
