    Research on improved nozzle of bubble generator and two-phase flow based on numerical simulation

    • In order to increase the flotation efficiency,improved the bubble generator nozzle that equipped with spiral vane and use VOF multiphase flow model for the numerical simulation,obtained the law figure of flow field distribution including velocity,pressure and turbulent kinetic energy.The results shows that:by joining the spiral vane nozzle,the bubble generator has better performance and significantly improved the bubble mineralization effect in slurry.
