Research on influencing factors of hard flotation tiny coal in Kailuan mining area

According to high content of fine slime in coal slurry in kailuan mining area,the single factor experiments were conducted with two kinds of collector and four kinds of frother.The result shows that type of reagent and adding quantity has remarkable influence on flotation result,especially the combination of kerosene and 2-octyl alcohol is best,and then,the orthogonal test was done with three factors（collector amount,foaming agent amount and quantity of aeration） and at three levels.The results showed that quantity of aeration was the main influence factor on flotation.
