Research and practice on vibration and noise control for main workshop in Chengjiao coal preparation plant

To solve the problem of vibration and noise exceed the standard at the main workshop after it transformed to expand production capacity in Chengjiao coal preparation plant,based on the inspection and reason analysis,the comprehensive measures to solve the problem were taken from six aspects of adjusting frequency of vibration equipment,Reinforcing of factory building,absorbing vibration of equipment,Improve the equipment availability and cutting vent hole on the roof of the building,which measures obtained obviously effect.The inspection result shows that the condition of the workshop reached the requirement of safety operation.
