Engineering practice of transforming belt conveyor from type TD62-1200 into DTⅡ-1200

In order to solve the problem of the accidents frequently occurred in TD62-1200 belt conveyor at Tianzhuang coal preparation plant,the program of transforming of belt conveyor from type TD62-1200 into DTII-1200 is put forward,and after the transformation,the accident rate of the transformed DT TD62-1200 belt conveyor decressed,and the conveying capacity has improved significantly.
