Abstract
To study the gas-solid flow movement characteristics in friction device,three kinds of friction device mathematical models with different friction rods distribution were established.The gas-solid flow field numerical simulation inside the friction device was realized using the standard k-ε turbulence and particles trajectory model.The gas relative pressure and relative velocity distribution was researched.The single spherical particle movement with size 10、40、74 μm was analyzed.The results show that the friction rods have an obvious effect on gas flow process.The spacing between friction rods has a strong impact on gas flow field distribution.The negative pressure and circumfluence region area back of the friction rods increases along the direction of gas movement.The friction rods distribution and particle size makes a great impact on the particle velocity inside the friction device.The particle size is in direct proportion to trajectory length and in inverse proportion to the particle velocity.
