Research and application of mechanical and electrical equipment 3+2 management mode in Dongpang colliery coal preparation plant

The paper introduced the definition of mechanical and electrical equipment 3+2 management mode,described the detailed rules for the implementation of dynamic management and examination mode as well as static management and analysis mode in mechanical and electrical equipment 3+2 management mode.The implementation of the 3+2 mode shows that realized unified management,unified adjustment and control for all of mechanical and electrical equipment in this plant,thus improved the level of maintenance,decreased the cost of service,reached the target of saving energy and lower consumption,it has achieved significant economic and social beneficial.
