Design and application of condition monitoring,regular maintenance and energy-saving management systems of mechanical and electrical equipment of coal processing

In accordance with the situation that failure to achieve intelligent and systematic management on the electrical and mechanical equipment in the coal preparation plant,designed a coal processing electrical and mechanical equipment condition monitoring,regular maintenance and energy management systems.In this system,through the Modbus communication protocol,the PLC reads the motor monitor data collected from electrical equipment,and after treatment,the PLC send data to PC configuration interface of WINCC.The user monitored and managed the mechanical and electrical equipment through the configuration interface,so realizing the intelligent management of electrical and mechanical equipment for coal processing.
