The combustion control of heating furnace for coal slime drying base on WINCC

This paper introduces the structure,function,design of software and hardware,combustion control as well as lay out of I/O points of coal slime drying combustion control system based on WINCC.The application shows that by using furnace controlled by this system,the coal consumption,heating capacity is optimized and the dust discharge is remarkable reduced,which bring a better society and economy results for its users.And also provid a new technical method of control and management of combustion for heating furnace drying coal slime.
