Contrast of process result for cyclone micro-bubble flotation column and subaeration flotation machine

The paper briefly introduced the production flowsheet in Xingtai coal preparation pant,analyzed the separation principle and characteristics for flotation column and subaeration flotation machine respectively.Based on separation flowsheet and features of feeding coal slime in Xingtai coal preparation plant,contrasted the process result of deslime and without deslime of feed material by floatation column and subaeration flotation machine before feeding to dense medium system,so analyzed the technical performance of the two kind flotation equipment.
